How do I cancel my order?

Is your service not yet active?
If you have ordered the wrong service, you can cancel it free of charge (as long as the service is not yet active).

Is your service already active?
In this case you can create a ticket, we will then try to cancel the service without costs. If this is not possible, we will inform you and terminate it at the earliest possible date.
